Place the unworn items with all original Valere Milano tags and protective packaging inside the original shipping box.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our Milan atelier.
